Chaning facilities at Shoebury Leisure Centre are set for an upgrade thanks to a refurbishment programme underway.
Work is currently in progress at Shoebury Leisure Centre and changing facilities have temporarily closed. The new changing facilities will re-open to the public on the 27th December 2009.
However, the rest of the leisure centre will remain open throughout the works.
West Shoebury councillor Derek jarvis commented:
"These improvements will make the swimming experience even more inviting for everyone at Shoebury Leisure Centre. I urge people to bear with us while the works are underway as the results will be worth it."
