
Shoebury Conservatives were stunned and saddened to here the news that our well respected colleague and friend Cllr Ann Robertson passed away earlier this week following a short illness.
Cllr Ann Robertson was the much loved councillor for Milton Ward, served on the Southend's Development & Control Committee, was Chairman of the Children & Lifelong Learning committee and was also the borough's Play Champion. Ann also worked in Shoebury for a local doctors surgery.
Ann is survived by her husband and fellow councillor Ian Robertson and her two children.
