
A judge at the High Court has ruled that protesters occupying an area of land at Cuckoo Corner have no legal rights to be there.
Protesters occupied the land from 21st February and have prevented the council from enabling works for the £5 Million road improvement scheme.
Work will commence in June and will reduce congestion and enable traffic to flow more efficiently at peak times.
